These olives are picked and selected by hand for their size and health.

PREPARATION: Fermentation for a minimum of 6 months in brine.

CERTIFICATIONS: Organic product certified by the CBPAE (0865-E) and belonging to the Oliva de Mallorca Protected Designation of Origin.

TASTING NOTES: Olives with an intense and balanced flavor, deliciously crunchy, with a characteristic astringency.

DRAINED NET WEIGHT: 200 g
