At SONMO we practice organic agriculture and grow old and new varieties of fruits, vegetables and other crops, on ancient stone terraces and without applying pesticides or synthetic fertilizers of any sort.
We process everything in the farm, in its optimal state of natural ripening, moving altogether away from industrial agricultural methods.
