At SONMO we practice organic agriculture and grow old and new varieties of fruits, vegetables and other crops, on ancient stone terraces and without applying pesticides or synthetic fertilizers of any sort. All our products, from Spanish premium olive oil to our preserves, are processed in the estate, in its optimal state of natural ripening, moving altogether away from industrial agricultural methods.
