VARIETY: Mallorquina, the autochthonous variety of the Serra de Tramuntana.

CERTIFICATIONS: Produced under the Protected Designation of Origin Oli de Mallorca and with Organic certification (CBPAE).

TASTING NOTES: Oil with medium-strong fruitiness, with notes of almond, nuts and apple and a green tomato very present in the nose. In the mouth it is somewhat sweet with a slight bitterness and a medium spiciness.
