SHIPPING POLICY

Send conditions:

When placing an order from our website, shipping costs are included in the final price of your order, since the system calculates delivery costs depending on the shipping address and the amount of the products in the basket, and the automatically modified when adding products or varying quantities.

You will be able to see all the expenses broken down in your shopping cart before confirming the order: the products chosen, the shipping cost and possible commissions and taxes. It is very important that before clicking the “Checkout” button you check that all the contents of the cart are correct.

The transport company will deliver the merchandise to the address you indicate.

In the case of shipments to countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs costs or local taxes. VAT will not be refunded on international sales.


Destination:

From SONMO we make shipments to:

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
• Europe: Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, Holland, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.
• Rest of the world: USA

For shipments to other countries or orders in the USA that exceed €500, you must contact us through the following email address: infosm@sonmoragues.com.


Delivery times:

The delivery time will depend on the destination country. In general, the term will be the following:

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands: between 5 and 6 business days.
• Europe: between 8 and 10 business days.
• Rest of the world: between 10 and 15 business days. Update: in some cases, shipments to the USA may experience delays of up to 2 months due to customs procedures specific to the country.

Shipping Notice: Due to increased demand during this period, deliveries may experience slight delays compared to our usual schedule. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipments are made on business days from Monday to Friday, without considering national and/or local holidays. Shipments are made from Mallorca.

Please note that made-to-order dinnerware requires a production and delivery time of approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

The transport companies we work with are: DHL, SEUR and Mailboxes.


Restrictions:

When selling food products, alcohol and liquids, we have shipping restrictions to some countries.

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands: shipping of all SONMO products allowed.
• European Union: Shipping of all SONMO products except gins allowed in Italy, Ireland and Sweden.
• Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom: shipping allowed for all SONMO products, except gins, and sobrasada (sobrasada not available only in the UK).
• USA: shipment of all SONMO products allowed, except gins and sobrasada.

For orders greater than that amount, shipping costs will be free.
