300 unit limited edition of our highest grade of premium olive oil in a wooden case: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from centuries-old trees in the Mallorcan Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Presented in a 500 ml glass bottle, hand-blown by Gordiola, a family run company that has been blowing glass in Mallorca for over 300 years, ever since they brought from Murano, Venice, the secrets of artisan glass blowing.

This organic olive oil features a distinctive aroma profile marked by rich spice and fruitiness, accompanied by notes of freshly cut grass, subtle hints of green apple, olive leaf, and raw almond.

Made from Mallorquina variety olives under the Mallorca Designation of Origin.

CERTIFICATIONS: Produced under the Oli de Mallorca Protected Designation of Origin and Certified Organic (CBPAE).

TASTING NOTES: This oil features a distinctive aroma profile marked by rich spice and fruitiness, accompanied by notes of freshly cut grass, subtle hints of green apple, olive leaf, and raw almond. It is exquisitely round, sophisticated and complex.

PACKAGING: This wooden case contains our carefully packaged oil, stored in a hand-blown glass bottle made exclusively for SONMO by Gordiola. It also includes an informative booklet about the Son Moragues project and a dispenser. Each bottle is hand-blown in Gordiola's century-old ovens in Mallorcan, featuring an amber color designed for optimal oil preservation.
