STORAGE CONDITIONS: It is recommended to keep the sobrassada without the packaging, hanging in a cool, dry place. In warm environments, a fatty juice may drip, without affecting its flavor. The skin may develop slight mold due to the natural fermentation process, which does not affect the product. In that case and if desired, you can clean the skin with a dry napkin or cloth.
