INGREDIENTS: pork, bacon, sweet paprika, salt, hot paprika, black pepper, extract rich in tocopherols and natural pork tripe.

CERTIFICATIONS: Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Sobrassada from Mallorca and free-range pigs with organic certification from the CBPAE.

WEIGHT: 500 g – 550 g

STORAGE CONDITIONS: It is recommended to keep the sobrassada without the packaging, hanging in a cool, dry place. In warm environments, a fatty juice may drip, without affecting its flavor. The skin may develop slight mold due to the natural fermentation process, which does not affect the product. In that case and if desired, you can clean the skin with a dry napkin or cloth.
