SHIPMENTS

Send conditions:

When placing an order from our website, the shipping costs are included in the final price of your order, since the system calculates the delivery costs depending on the shipping address and the amount of the products in the basket, and its automatically modifies them when adding products or varying the quantities.

You will be able to see all the expenses broken down in your shopping cart before confirming the order: the products chosen, the shipping cost and the possible commissions and taxes. It is very important that before clicking on the "Complete purchase" button you check that all the contents of the cart are correct.

The transport company will deliver the merchandise to the address you indicate.

In the case of shipments to countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for possible customs costs or local taxes. VAT will not be refunded on international sales.

 

Destination

From SONMO we ship to:

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
  • Europe: Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.
  • Rest of the world: USA

For shipments to other countries or orders in the USA that exceed €500, you must contact us through the following email address: infosm@sonmoragues.com .

 

Delivery times

The delivery time will depend on the country of destination. In general, the term will be as follows:

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: between 4 and 6 business days.
  • Europe: between 8 and 10 business days.
  • Rest of the world: between 10 and 15 business days.

Shipments are made on working days from Monday to Friday, without considering national and/or local holidays. Shipments are made from Mallorca.

The transport companies we work with are: DHL, SEUR and Mailboxes.

 

United States 75€ of shipping costs for orders up to 250€. For orders over 250€ the costs are free of charge.

 

Restrictions

When selling food, alcohol and liquid products, we have shipping restrictions to some countries.

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: shipping of all SONMO products is allowed.
  • European Union : Allowed to ship all SONMO products except gins in Italy, Ireland, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
  • Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom: Allowed to ship all SONMO products, except gins.
  • USA: shipping of all SONMO products is allowed, except gins, perfumes, sobrassada.

 

Transportation expenses

Transportation costs are calculated based on the country of destination and the amount of the order.
