Roquissar oil
VARIETY: Mallorquina, the native variety of the Serra de Tramuntana.

CERTIFICATIONS: Produced under the Protected Designation of Origin Oli de Mallorca and with Organic certification (CBPAE).

TASTING NOTES: Oil with a medium-strong fruitiness, with notes of almond, nuts and apple and a green tomato very present on the nose. On the palate it is slightly sweet with a slight bitterness and a medium spiciness.
