VARIETY: Mallorquina, the native variety of the Serra de Tramuntana.

CERTIFICATIONS: produced under the Protected Designation of Origin Oli de Mallorca and with Organic certification (CBPAE).

TASTING NOTES: oil with medium-strong fruitiness, with notes of almond, nuts, and apple, and a very present green tomato on the nose. On the palate, it is somewhat sweet with a slight bitterness and a medium pungency.

INGREDIENTS: virgin olive oil (94%) and cayenne pepper (6%).
