"Old Tom" Gin, handcrafted with botanicals foraged from the forests and orchards of our estate and aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Featuring juniper, orange and carob.

This gin offers a rich, rounded, and balanced profile, characterized by enticing notes of caramel and banana that linger on the tongue.

Presented in a 500 ml hand-blown glass bottle which are carefully made one-by-one by the Gordiola family, who have been blowing glass in Mallorca for over 300 years, ever since they brought from Murano, Venice, the secrets of artisan glass blowing.
