"Old Tom" Gin, handcrafted with botanicals foraged from the forests and orchards of our estate and aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Featuring juniper, orange and carob.

This gin offers a rich, rounded, and balanced profile, characterized by enticing notes of caramel and banana that linger on the tongue.

Presented in a 500 ml hand-blown glass bottle which are carefully made one-by-one by the Gordiola family, who have been blowing glass in Mallorca for over 300 years, ever since they brought from Murano, Venice, the secrets of artisan glass blowing.

Free from artificial flavors and additives.

BOTANICALS: juniper, orange, carob.

TASTING NOTES: The nose presents aromas of toffee, chocolate, orange and a touch of spice. The palate is sweet and silky, presenting a good balance between juniper, citrus and oak. The finish is round, spicy, long-lasting and very smooth.

PACKAGING: This gin is presented in a handcrafted blown glass bottle made exclusively for SONMO by Gordiola. Each bottle is blown by hand in the Mallorcan firm's century-old ovens.
