"TRAMA" BAG

Each SONMO piece is made in Son Moragues, using raw materials from the estate.

The Trama Bag combines an exterior made from the wool of our Son Moragues sheep with a high-quality wool and organic cotton interior.

The outer fabric—made entirely from Mallorcan red sheep wool—is produced in our workshop on the Telar Gregori, a century-old loom built in the early 20th century and restored after more than five decades of inactivity. Each bag is fully hand-stitched, preserving a traditional craft that defines SONMO’s character. The interior is lined with a wool-and-cotton canvas woven by Artesanía Textil Bujosa in Mallorca.

The Mallorcan red sheep, an endangered native breed, is the soul of this bag. Its warm, durable fiber, being a local resource, helps reduce carbon footprint while supporting the conservation of a species tied to the island’s rural landscape.

This bag combines functional design with a timeless aesthetic. It features a herringbone weave and a braided hemp rope handle, secured with screw-in metal bars that are fully removable. The interior fabric is mustard-colored.
