Traditional fermented trencada green olives. Prepared following an age-old recipe featuring fennel and chilli, protected by the Mallorcan Designation of Origin Certificate.

These olives are picked and selected by hand for their size and health.

INGREDIENTS: split green olive, water, salt, citric acid, fennel and chilli from the farm.

PREPARATION: Fermentation for a minimum of 6 months in brine.

CERTIFICATIONS: Organic product certified by the CBPAE (0865-E) and belonging to the Oliva de Mallorca Protected Designation of Origin.

TASTING NOTES: Olives with an intense, long-lasting and aromatic flavor, always preserving that irresistible crunch.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 6 days.
