Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from centuries-old trees in the Mallorcan Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is our highest grade premium olive oil from the earliest crop of the year.

Presented in a 500 ml glass bottle, hand-blown one by one and designed exclusively for SONMO by Gordiola from Mallorca.

Gordiola is a family run company that has been blowing glass in the island for over 300 years, ever since they brought from Murano, Venice, the secrets of artisan glass blowing.

This oil features a distinctive aroma profile marked by rich spice and fruitiness, accompanied by notes of freshly cut grass, subtle hints of green apple, olive leaf, and raw almond.

Made from Mallorquina variety olives under the Mallorca Designation of Origin.

VARIETY: Mallorquina, the native variety of the Sierra de Tramuntana.

CERTIFICATIONS: Produced under the Oli de Mallorca Protected Designation of Origin and with Organic certification (CBPAE).

TASTING NOTES: Rich spice and fruitiness, accompanied by notes of freshly cut grass, subtle hints of green apple, olive leaf, and raw almond. In the mouth it is spicy, round and persistent.

PACKAGING: This organic olive oil is presented in a handcrafted blown glass bottle made exclusively for SONMO by Gordiola. Each bottle is hand-blown in the century-old ovens of the Mallorcan firm and its amber color is specifically designed to guarantee optimal conservation of the oil. Includes dispenser.

VOLUME: 500 ml

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep protected from light and heat. Once the container is opened, consume within 4 months.
