CERTIFICATIONS: Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Sobrassada from Mallorca and free-range pigs with organic certification from the CBPAE.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: It is recommended to keep the sobrassada without the packaging, hanging in a cool, dry place. In warm environments, greasy juice may drip. If the skin develops white, gray or green mold it is normal, due to the natural fermentation process. In that case, you can wash the skin with a napkin or a dry cloth.
