SONMO Olive Bowl: Our ceramic olive bowl is handcrafted at our historic Son Moragues estate in Mallorca. Each piece is unique due to its glazing process using pine and olive wood ash from the estate.

PACKAGING: two jars of cracked or split olives and a ceramic bowl.

- Olives:

INGREDIENTS: split green olive, water, salt, citric acid, fennel and chili pepper from the farm.

PREPARATION: fermentation for a minimum of 6 months in brine.

CERTIFICATIONS: Organic product certified by the CBPAE (0865-E) and belonging to the Protected Designation of Origin Oliva de Mallorca.

TASTING NOTES: Olives with an intense, long-lasting and aromatic flavor, always retaining that irresistible crunch.

DRAINED NET WEIGHT: 115 g

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 days.
