Son Moragues is a typical Mallorcan mountain "possessió" with more than 700 years of history through which illustrious people such as the beloved Archduke Luis Salvador of Austria have passed through. The rich cultural and environmental legacy present here is the basis on which a productive model has been renewed, adapting it to the demands of the strictest organic agriculture and the demands of modern gastronomy and nutrition.

Inspired, in equal parts, by ancestral traditions and modern knowledge, we produce organic extra virgin olive oils of the Mallorquina variety. This has allowed us to restore an ancient olive grove following traditional methods that we adapt to our times.

With a gentle walk along the terraces of our olive grove you will discover the richness and complexity of the olive tree culture in the Tramuntana, and we will invite you to learn about the social, environmental, economic and even spiritual aspects of the oil culture in the Mediterranean.
