Olive Oil - After Hours

Discover the story of olive oil in Mallorca through a private after-hours experience at SONMO Palma.

With the store closed exclusively for the group, guests are invited to explore the world of SONMO through one of Mallorca’s most emblematic products: extra virgin olive oil.

The experience combines a guided tasting with an introduction to Mallorca’s olive-growing tradition, the Serra de Tramuntana and the work we do at our estate in Valldemossa. It also offers a more personal look behind SONMO, connecting the landscape and agriculture of the estate with the food, materials, craftsmanship and objects found in our Palma store.

An intimate way to discover Mallorca through flavour, landscape and craft — in the heart of the city.

THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• An engaging introduction to the history and culture of olive oil in Mallorca and to the olive groves of our estate in the Serra de Tramuntana.

• A guided tasting featuring SONMO organic extra virgin olive oil.

• An introduction to the fundamentals of olive oil tasting and how to recognise the characteristics of a quality extra virgin olive oil.

• A selection of SONMO estate products, including jams, sobrasada and olives, accompanied by local cookies.
